    Lone Pine Brewing is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of TRI-STATE SALES REPRESENTATIVE.

    We are seeking a sales representative for the following markets: New Jersey, NYC and NYC Metro Region, Long Island NY and Southern CT. Position will be filled as soon as possible.

    The Brewery Sales Representative will manage existing accounts, as well as grow our account list strategically. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, where self- starting is a must and customer service must be second to none.

    MAJOR FUNCTIONS OF THE TRI-STATE SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION INCLUDE:
    • Calling on a high volume of accounts on a daily basis in the designated market area.
    • Expand account list strategically to increase both the brand’s exposure and volume of sales.
    • Manage existing accounts on a consistent basis and supply accounts with whatever they may need – Quality assurance checkpoints, POS items, staff training, etc.
    • Setting up promotional events in targeted accounts and executing said events in a creative and high impact manner.
    • Attend and execute beer festivals as needed to increase consumer awareness as to the quality and breadth of our portfolio.
    • Improve conditions of placements for best consumer exposure – ensuring product is placed in optimal position, creating impressive displays, etc.
    • Work hand in hand with distributors to provide support in accounts, brand knowledge, and events.

    BREWERY SALES REPRESENTATIVE applicants MUST have a(n):
    • Commitment to a sales career and desire for growth in a fast paced and highly focused and accountable sales organization.
    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
    • 1 to 3 year history of success in the brewing industry, preferably in sales.
    • Strong competitive spirit with confident personality and ability to be politely assertive.
    • Results driven attitude with a consistent sense of urgency.
    • Ability to learn sales data platforms to assist with management of territory. (VIP/Lilypad)
    • Valid driver’s license, a registered and insured vehicle, and ability to be constantly mobile.
    • Ability to independently lift and move cases and kegs of beer.

    DETAILS
    Positions are available immediately. Full time salary and bonus plan DOE. Access to group benefits including health insurance options. Paid time off.
