Hi,
I am having trouble with lumps of yeast ending up in my kegs.
I am currently kegging straight from 600l uni tanks after cold crashing to 0 deg C and adding Biofine Clear.
The beer itself is very clear, it just appears that lumps of yeast are sticking to my FV side walls and around the man port and slipping into the beer during kegging.
Is this an issue other brewers are having? Of is there a trick to stop this?
Thanks in advance.
