Job Summary:
We contract manufacturer of a wide array of beverage products. Our Packaging Team is responsible for ensuring the output goals are met while also insuring quality of our products is maintained during operations.
Essential Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Follow equipment SOP’s to assure quality and safety is maintained
- Operate automated can de-palletizing equipment
- Operate fully automated rotary can filling and seaming equipment
- Operate fully automated shrink sleeve application process
- Operate back end packaging equipment, cartoner, tray pack and overwrapper
- Ensure proper packaging integrity by checking seams, dissolved oxygen, date code, and flavor.
- Troubleshoot faulted equipment
- Refill supplies such as packaging materials, lids, can sleeves, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for the duration of the work shift and the employee must repeatedly lift and/or move up to 55 pounds.
