We are currently seeking a full-time candidate to join our team as a brewer/cellarperson.

Desired skills include, but are not limited to:
• 2+ years of experience all grain brewing as a homebrewer and/or in a production brewery environment.
• Brewhouse operations from mash-in to cold wort production.
• Fermentation supervision, yeast pitching, and yeast bank management.
• Dry hopping and other tank additions.
• Recipe formulation and enhancement.
• Brite tank cellaring operations.
• Familiarity with brewery analytical instrumentation required – pH meters, hemocytometers, microscopes, spectrophotometers, refractometers, etc.
• Grain, hops, and yeast handling, receipt, and storage.
• An understanding of laboratory operations and quality control procedures.
• Follow the brewing and production plan and anticipate workload.
• Perform CIP/SIP and associated chemical handling, titrations, and documentation.
• Experience with basic maintenance of equipment – detect issues, correct, inspect, lubricate, adjust.
• Work in a flexible team environment, including weekends, nights, and representation at events.
• Participate in sensory program as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication, detail oriented, multitasking, problem solving, and math skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Skilled trades (mechanical/electrical) experience is a plus.
• Beer serving experience and Cicerone certification a plus.
