20hr/week brewer needed for brewpub. 20bbl system. Need to be proficient in typical cellar tasks, strong sanitation protocols, able to make judgement calls. Being handy is a big plus. Need to be self-motivated, not needing lots of supervision. Could grow into full-time/head position down the road.
