Twin Oast Brewing is a farm-to-fermenter brewery located on a 60-acre family farm. We are currently looking for an energetic, dedicated, experienced front of house manager to join our team. Qualified candidates will have experience in hospitality, restaurant management, and a passion for customer service. We think of our Taproom Manager as the host of the party -- they are in charge of ensuring all front of house operations are running smoothly and efficiently, and that the customers are highly satisfied.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
– Managing and training staff
– Scheduling
– Preparing Inventory
– Maintaining a clean taproom
– Creating and upholding SOP’s
– Hiring/Firing
– Overseeing opening and closing duties
– Work closely with other Brewery Leaders to maintain a seamless customer experience.
Starting salary is 40,000-55,000 depending on experience.
