We are currently expanding and looking to hire a full time assistant brewer. This position will be involved in all aspects of the brewing process from milling to packaging. Send over a resume and some info about yourself to: chase@district96beer.com
Some of the daily work includes:
-Wort production
-Post fermentation duties- dry hopping/yeast collecting
-Operating canning line
-CIP Brewhouse/Fermenters
-Washing and filling Kegs
-Organizing brewery related supplies and products
-Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What we are looking for:
-Strong work ethic, detailed
-Willingness to grow with us
-Homebrewing experience
-Professional brewing experience/education is preferred
-Ability to lift 55 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for full work days
-21 years of age or older
What we can offer;
-$15/hr-40hr/wk (+depending on experience)
-Bartending shifts (not required- optional to earn extra money)
-Free food from any of our three restaurants
-Free beer
-Work/life balance
