Flavoured carbonated water

Hey Alll,

Im wanting to produce a flavoured carbonated water, does anybody out there have experience in doing this? Yes I understand how to do this on a home base level with a keg and some C02 but a want to do it on a larger scale and put it in a wine bottles.

Howdy Stompin Steve,
I have done this a few times. I would dose a 1/2 bbl keg with my desired flavoring at whatever concentration I wanted (trial and error on small scale to determine this), fill the keg with water, and then put it on a CO2 source pushing the gas down the keg stem at around 15psi minimum. I would leave this keg in my cold room for several days under an active gas feed.
Viola! Sparkling flavored water!
