  • Fixing an existing brewery floors

We just moved into a brand new building with an epoxy product that just is not cutting it. It more has to do with the preparation of the floor and the thickness of the epoxy itself, but either way, we need to find a solution going forward. Has anyone had their floor overhauled during high volume production times? I understand we will need to most likely shut down for a week to keep the floors dry, but has anyone experienced this that could give some pointers? Our GC has only paid a portion of the epoxy floor bill so far which is my only saving grace at this point. Anything helps.

    Thanks
