Passionate Brewing operations Manager to join us. Reporting to Brewing & Supply Director - APAC
Role
Based in Bangalore, India you will be responsible for helping deliver the highest quality Beer for our new
craft beer portfolio. Working with our current Breweries and local Brewing teams to assist in the
implementation of new craft beer processes, recipes, innovations and sensory training.

Role
Based in Bangalore, India you will be responsible for helping deliver the highest quality Beer for our new
craft beer portfolio. Working with our current Breweries and local Brewing teams to assist in the
implementation of new craft beer processes, recipes, innovations and sensory training.
Duties
- Ensure the highest level of beer quality, production efficiency, and new product innovation
- Create new recipes and develop innovation program for the India market
- Lead, drive and deliver continuous process and sensory improvement projects
- Demonstrate our 10 culture principles and core values
- Assist in the process and implementation of cross brewing our Global Brands to specification and sensory profile
- Recipe and process up-scaling from 5hl to200hl Brew Length
- Weekly Quality and Sensory reporting
- Includes ~35% domestic travel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Brewing related technical field or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a production brewery environment -10hl to 500hl
- At least 2 of experience in a leadership/managerial role
