    The Tasting Room Manager position is a full-time job offering that will primarily focus on the supervision and coordination of activities of retail sales workers and bar-backs in the brewery tasting room and supporting facilities to include janitorial oversight for the facilities and restrooms. Duties may include management functions, such as purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel work, in addition to managerial duties. Additional duties can include, but not limited to supporting other departments in event planning and execution, supporting customer appreciation and resolving problems. Interested?     Job Expectations:
    *21 years of age or older
    *Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift.
    *Perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation.
    *Supervise and participate in service bar area cleaning activities.
    *Resolve customer complaints regarding beer service.
    *Control inventories of equipment, glassware, and beer, and report shortages to designated personnel.
    *Submit purchase requests for supplies and equipment needed to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
    *Schedule, observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
    *Specify beer portions, service and time sequences, and workstation and equipment arrangements.
    *Schedule staff, equipment, and supply requirements based on a master event planner.
    *Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
    *Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems.
    *Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety.

    Experience Requirements:
    5 years of Customer Service, Hospitality, or Sales
    Flexible hours, Friday/Saturdays are required
