    Position Available: Marketing Coordinator

    Type: Full time hourly team member ($12-14/hour based on experience)

    Description: Mother’s is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to organize and oversee all marketing activities. You will manage visual concepts and materials needed to portray our brand essence and direction. You will provide input on the visual aspects of our labels, posters, packaging, website, advertisements, and more. In addition, you will be assisting the Sales Manager with coordination of presentation, events, social media campaigns, and coordination with outside vendors. You will be working closely with and under the supervision of the Sales Manager.

    General Responsibilities:
    • Provide creative concepts and ideas in the areas of (but not limited to): package/label/tap design, web-site design and updates, newsletter topics/layout, social media, merchandise, POS, glassware, general signage, advertisements, event promotion, etc.
    • As a member of our sales and marketing team, work on design, sourcing and ordering of promotional materials
    • Oversee social media and online activities to ensure the brand and voice continue to match the organization including responding to inquiries, requests, complaints.
    • Manage content creation of our social media accounts including photography, video and small graphics., including organizing cross-platform content strategies.
    • Develop and implement all graphic design and creative aspects under the direction of the Sales Manager
    • Ensure graphic design maintains the Mother’s Brewery voice and brand in all materials
    • Work with business partners and sales staff in developing marketing materials
    • Manage all digital media for Mother’s Brewing Co to ensure brand and voice consistently support organizational goals,
    • Develop and maintain Mother’s Brand guidelines for use by outside organizations and ensure outside organizations using the Mother’s brand obtain approval and follow guidelines established by organization.
    • Travel may be required on occasion with some overnight stays.
    • Working some weekends for events and festivals will be required.

    Required Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Knowledge of business social media best practices and platforms.
    • Requisite computer skills for design and production of some graphic materials.
    • Data entry, email, Word documents and/or use of the Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheet manipulation.
    • The ability to positively and effusively present oneself while at the brewery and on behalf of the brewery.
    • Must always have a “can do” attitude. Have the drive to learn, openness to be taught, and the ability to teach.
    • Cultivate an environment of teamwork necessary to enhance the quality of our products.
    • Love and passion for craft beer.
    • Must be 21 years of age.
    • Ability to move 170 lbs. and carry 55 lbs.
    • Able to stand for longer periods of time.

    Preferred Skills:
    • Applicants with experience in graphic design, photography and/or video will be given prime consideration.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Use of DSLR.
