Brew Monkey Beer Company is a new brewery in San Antonio, TX. We are a production brewery with a tap room looking to make a splash in the San Antonio market. Our beer will be served in the tap room and will be distributed to the greater San Antonio area. We will be brewing classic craft styles of beer to the highest degree of excellence. At Brew Monkey, good enough simple isn’t.
We are looking for a driven individual who is not afraid of long hours getting our beer into the best bars and restaurants of San Antonio. Integrity and trust are of the upmost importance. This employee will need to be self-motivated with an excellent eye for details. The ideal employee is someone who wants to grow with Brew Monkey and become a long-term employee of the company
This is a full-time salary job with possible commission
Primary Duties
-Sale of Brew Monkey Beer Co. beer to bars and restaurants in the San Antonio area
-Maintain and update social media
-Keep positive customer relations
-Delivery of kegs to customers
-Develop sales and delivery strategy
-Attend staff meetings
-Participate in sensory panels
-Maintain accurate and current account lists
-Keep track of kegs in the marketplace
-Work with brewery for forecasting of needed product
-Develop new and interesting marketing approaches
-Grow brand presence
Requirements
-Sales and marketing experience or training
-Familiar with all social media platforms
-Self Starter and problem solver
-Self discipline, social and trustworthy
-Be a team player and community advocate
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred
-Passion for craft beer
-Cicerone Beer Server or higher recommended
-Physically be able to bend over, twist, kneel, climb stairs, stand all day, lift 55+ pounds
-Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8-10 hours per day).
-Drive a small truck with a clean driving record
-Must be 21 or older
-Must be able to work weekends and nights
