For over ten years Wild Wolf brewery has focused on producing multiple award winning brands, education and development of staff, and an unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship. Unfortunately our brewery is suffering hardships, and I am currently available for hire. I am located in Virginia, and am extremely willing to relocate. I have over 10+ years experience managing a brewery, and a large variety of skills to offer. - Designed and created curriculum for, and taught three multi day classes hosted at Wild Wolf Brewery.

Acupema Brewing Company| Lhasa, Tibet
Long Distance and on Site Consultant, International Host, May 2017 – May 2019
- Helped owner choose brewery site and specialized, high altitude brewing equipment.
- Sourced local venues for ingredients. Developed recipes to use indigenous and local ingredients.
- Assisted in canning line purchase and startup
- Traveled to Lhasa Tibet for 25 days in March 2018, for brewery commissioning and grand opening, and to provide further onsite training.
- Hosted head brewer / owner Losang Tserin for one month at Wild Wolf Brewery in April of 2019 to provide continuing education.

- Major Achievements
o Installed, maintained and upgraded all brewing and serving equipment. Performed repairs as necessary.
o Designed, installed, expanded and maintained four glycol systems.
o Developed, simplified and maintained all sops for all brewery processes. Provided job training and cross training to all brewery employees.
o Purchased, installed, commissioned, maintained and operated a Wild Goose canning line. Implemented upgrades to reduce can loss, increase speed and reduce oxygen pickup. 3+ million cans produced in approximately 6 years.
o Focus on extreme quality
-Drastically lowered O2 numbers to or below 10 PPB in brite tanks. Eliminated and ensured zero contamination by bacteria and wild yeast.
-Established and maintained extreme consistency. Achieved zero recalls and extremely low keg returns, usually for a failed seal.
o Designed and constructed QA/QC lab - including O2 analysis, yeast counting, CO2 measurement, plating for bacteria and wild yeast, PCR analysis, diacetyl testing, and ATP testing.
o Expanded and upgraded brewery multiple times. Installed and expanded four glycol systems. Designed layout and built out four brewery buildings including tank rigging, utilities installation etc. Two of these buildings were from the ground up.

o Wintergreen adaptive sports
-Snowboard instructor for PT & Ski program
-Helped over summer to add running water and changing benches to handicap bathroom facilities, and raised money to add a propane grill to the deck
o Nelson county / 151 recycling initiative
-Worked with other companies in the area and created a survey to diagnose the need for and help create a commercial recycling program in Nelson County. Surveys are nearly all in and next step will be to find or create collection infrastructure for the county.
