With a seasonal payroll of 48 to 70, you’ll lead the kitchen, service, and brewery teams to achieve high-quality, organized, and repeatable results. As GM, you’ll be responsible for the usual suspects…
Implementing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
Ensuring that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
Achieving company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment
Our background: Over the past 13 years, we’ve grown from a cozy garage-style tap room to the largest, most award-winning, and successful venue in our community. Your previous experience in leading people is a plus, and passion for hospitality is a big plus. Salary, vacation, and performance bonuses included. Heck, maybe even a hot springs, gym, or ski pass for the right person.
