THE OPEN ROAD
Mother Road Brewing Company seeks a Facilities Engineer to ensure all brewery equipment is functional at all times. Over the course of eight years, we have grown from brewing 650 barrels in 2011 to 12,798 barrels in 2019. Mother Road Brewing Co. plans to brew 17,500 barrels of taxable beer in 2020 - and for greater expansion in 2020.
The main objective of the Facilities Engineer is to develop, improve, and executive preventative maintenance plans for all brewery equipment. The Facilities Engineer also commissions, installs, and process engineers new equipment.
Key Job Responsibilities Include:
Forms, maintains, executes preventative maintenance plans
Performs emergency and non-planned maintenance
Coordinates with vendors and maintains relations
Commissions, installs, trains, and process manages equipment
Performs process engineering on existing and future equipment
Develops safety plans for existing facilities
