Tap Room Manager needed for Unique Farm Brewery in Central VA

Wood Ridge Farm Brewery is a true farm brewery fulfilling our "from the dirt to the glass" motto. Situated on a 300 acre farm surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains, we utilize our own grain that is grown in the fields surrounding the brewery. We also have an on-site malting facility.
We are looking for the right person to manage our uniquely built and beautiful tap room.

TAP ROOM MANAGER
The Tap Room Manager will work closely with the other staff members to provide the best customer service as well as maintaining our beautiful tap room.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Schedule, observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service
Schedule entertainment pursuant to bringing in customers
Hiring and training new staff
Manage inventory/Ordering supplies
Maintaining tap room/restroom cleanliness
Social Media
Able to bartend as needed
Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems
Perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation
