    Position Summary:
    The Bhramari Brewing Company Sales Representative is responsible for managing our arm of distribution
    sales throughout the territories within North Carolina. By working closely with our Director of Operations
    and Head Brewer Owner, the focus of this position is to increase Bhramari Brewing Company’s sales
    through the development of new accounts, building strong relationships with current accounts, and
    promoting and fostering brand loyalty. The focus of this position is increasing product penetration and
    velocity of sell through through marketing events and engaging with our craft beer consumers.
    Candidates will spend the majority of their work hours in Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, and
    Greensboro/Winston Salem/High Point metropolitan areas.

    Everyday Duties and Responsibilities:
    ● Increases market share of Bhramari Brewing Company beers.
    ● Aggressively pursues new accounts while building relationships with existing account base.
    ● Develops expert beer knowledge and understanding of Bhramari Brewing Company portfolio of beers.
    ● Manages individual time and activities to maximize sales volume within defined sales territory.
    ● Maintains expense planning to achieve maximum return on investment.
    ● Conducts targeted tasting and account staff education sessions with key accounts.
    ● Collaborates with Bhramari Brewing Company’s Director of Operations to identify highly effective sales tactics and new sales and marketing offers and tools that will enable the company to reach its sales goals.
    ● Schedules and hosts training sessions with key accounts and brewery tours for key accounts.
    ● Coordinates with Events staff and executes promotional events, including but not limited to beer festivals, promotional nights and tasting events.
    ● Thorough understanding of NC ABC beer promotional rules & laws as they apply to promotional events and marketing.
    ● Communicates weekly activity reports to the Director of Operations.
    ● Completes necessary administrative reporting and communications on a weekly basis.
    ● Maintains all sales goals and personal budgets outlined to you and your territory.
    ● Other tasks as needed.

    Account Management:
    ● Builds displays and merchandises for high volume key accounts.
    ● Calls on local buyers, decision makers, and key account managers on a consistent basis.
    ● Builds strong relationships with customers and networks within the field.
    ● Coordinates and works special events and promotions throughout the self-distribution territory as assigned throughout the year.

    Travel Requirements
    ● Up to 75% travel time may be required (depending on your location).

    Schedule, Education, Experience, & Physical Requirements:
    ● Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
    ● High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
    ● At minimum, two years’ sales experience with proven results required. Alcohol beverage sales highly preferred.
    ● Microsoft Office proficiency required
    ● Must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background and driving record check.
    ● Must have a valid Driver License with a good driving record, a reliable, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts.
    ● Requires prolonged sitting and driving.
    ● Must be able to lift and transport up to 160-lb kegs with the assistance of a hand truck.
    ● Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

    Ideal Candidate will Possess:
    ● Extensive knowledge of and a passion for craft beer required.
    ● Experience working with CRM programs such as VIP and inventory management systems such as Ekos Brewmaster.
    ● Excellent persuasive sales and ability to balance sales drive with authentic relationship building.
    ● Strong oral communication skills: ability to talk to others to convey information effectively; strong written communication skills.
    ● Very strong organizational and communications skills, unwavering reliability, and consistent follow-up required.
    ● Able to stay focused and remain extremely productive while working in the field without direct supervision.
    ● Strong interpersonal skills and a love for meeting and interacting with people.
    ● Thorough attention to detail and desire to take initiative.
