I have been in the food service industry my entire career. From dishwashing as a 14 year old thru big time restaurants in NYC and Chicago. Large and small scale cheffing at family service type places. Opening and running a successful bakery. planning, opening and operating a successful 10 bbl brewpub. Finally, taking a 1 bbl brewery to the big leagues, on a seven bbl system.
I am looking to run a brewery/brewpub in the Syracuse/CNY area. Open to many ideas. Resume upon request.
