  • Quality Manager - Heavy Seas Beer - Baltimore, MD

Here is your opportunity to join an independent craft brewer that brews beers with unparalleled quality, At Heavy Seas Beer we have a pretty clear sense of purpose, make beers that taste exactly the way they should. Every time. No frills. No fluff. Where we come from, really good beer doesn’t need to be something it’s not. In fact, it never should be. It boils down to a simple recipe; make it drinkable, make it approachable, execute to the highest possible standards, and have some fun. That’s not just what matters most—it’s the only thing that matters at all.

Clipper City Brewing Company, dba Heavy Seas Beer was founded in 1995 and is owned by Mid-Atlantic residents led by Founder, Hugh Sisson. A new leadership team is transforming the Company, pushing for cultural change reinforcing the principle that quality comes before anything else. The team is committed to building a one team culture that is collaborative, outward facing and recognizes that the beer is fun.

This will be an exciting time to join the Brewery as we continue to renovate our Brewery, building out a new Brewery Lab and a larger Taproom. The Brewery is looking to grow its Taproom business alongside its existing sales to wholesalers. The Brewery is building on the success of the Loose Cannon brand while working to reinvent the Heavy Seas brand.
