I've been in the craft-brewing business for over 20 years with experience ranging from busy brewpubs to medium-sized production breweries. Also have extensive experience on the taproom and restaurant side. I've been involved with the start-up of more than a dozen breweries, doing everything from design to installation to recipe formulation and training.
I'm available to travel anywhere in the world, and willing to relocate for permanent positions as well (though would prefer to stay in the Great Lakes area).
