Packaging Supervisors are responsible for overseeing multiple shifts of employees in one specific
area of Production. They are expected to set an example for their team, and for others in the facility.
Supervisors are responsible for the quality of the product that comes off their line and they are
expected to work closely with our quality lab and communicate quality concerns. The Production
Supervisor will need to execute exemplary customer service skills in working with their team
members, other departments, peers, and vendors, consumers and other appropriate affiliates to
complete projects. The Production Supervisor is expected to hold their team accountable to Ballast
Point's standards, including but not limited to our Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook, policies
and procedures, and Ballast Point's Mission and Values. Production Supervisors are expected to
demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work independently as
well as with others and be leaders in the company's continuous improvement projects.
