Hello,
I have been hired to consult for a small Micro start up. They have a used 15 BBL DME brewhouse from 1995/96. I have been working on putingthe diverter panel. I have some standard specs from DME but if anyone who works on a similar system could mail me some pics of the diverter Panel piping that would be great.
Also any photos of your hook up at the collar for the grain in on the mash tun. I am looking hook up Hot Liquor and a filtered water mixer, but am limited by lack of on site parts. hopefully the photo will give me some ideas for this part of the brewhouse as well.
