    Regional Sales Manager

    Seeking a regional territory manager for the Pacific Northwest.
    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Lead, motivate and coach sales team and work with Sales Manager to establish goals by market and by retail account
    Manage, hire, train and develop Sales Representatives to maximize their effectiveness in the trade toward top-of-mind with retailers and consumers
    Work with senior Sales Manager to arrive at strategic plan for regional beer distributors
    Collect data on distributor pricing, distribution, volume and general market information
    Motivate distributor management and sales force in order to achieve sales objectives, including the development and oversight of wholesaler incentive programming
    Work with assigned local distributors to increase brand awareness
    Coordinate activities of wholesalers within assigned area of responsibility, ensuring the implementation of all sales and marketing programs for the entire portfolio
    Develop and maintain close relationships with key accounts both on and off premise
    Meet with key accounts and assist Sales Representatives by maintaining and growing important relationships
    Work with key retail accounts directly
    Focus on selling products and/or upgrading number of products in retail accounts
    Ensure proper merchandizing of on and off premise accounts
    Identify core accounts that are not being penetrated with Lost Coast Brewery products and develop a plan to establish business with such accounts
    Ensure festival participation
    Compile and submit reports required for the sales division



    The qualified applicants would have:

    5+ years experience in beer industry preferred
    Must be based in the Northwest
    Personnel management experience
    Ability to work in mobile environment
    Ability to manage personnel in the field
    Willing to take on the challenge of 5-6 days or more on the road monthly, as needed
