Job Description
We are currently looking for a Brewery Market/Sales Representative -- in the upstate New York region and surrounding territory. This position to the right applicant could be full time with benefits or part time. Compensation will be discussed at the time of interview. The Brewery Market/Sales Representative works autonomously to ensure the successful sale and distribution of our products in current accounts throughout the assigned territory. A high emphasis is placed on increasing the availability and visibility of products in existing On and Off Premise accounts through customer relations, proper merchandising, and samplings and promotions.
Responsibilities
Work independently to develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
Identify opportunities to open new accounts and grow the Nedloh brands.
Successfully reach or exceed monthly sales goals.
Proper merchandising of accounts with point of sale (POS) advertising and set up and organize displays.
Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts.
Conduct promotions and samplings in accounts on a regular basis.
Ensure that products are rotated and code policy followed.
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Marketing, sales or Management strongly preferred
Sales experience in the craft beer industry. Two to five years preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license
Ability and willingness to work independently.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
