A Sacramento-area startup brewpub is seeking an experienced and creative brewer to lead the brewery operations of our new 6000 sq ft brewpub. Boneshaker Public House in Rocklin has become a top craft beer pub in NorCal and phase 2 of our growth is underway with our 2nd location featuring a full-scale restaurant and small-batch brewing system. We are looking forward to a constant rotation of house brewed beers on tap including a sour and barrel-aged program, so a brewer Committed to both quality and creativity are a must.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in producing a wide variety of styles and utilizing various yeast strains etc.
As always, sanitation procedures are paramount
A desire to interact with customers and participate in our "Brewmaster's Table" - a special dining room designed for beer dinners
Welding, maintenance and fabrication skills would be great as projects always seem to be going on
Somebody with creative vision, but who also works well in collaborative environments
Organized and detail-oriented who understands that the "average" day doesn't really exist in the brewing world
