Walkerville Brewery in Windsor , Ontario has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced brewer . We are in our first year of brewing and ready for growth. We are a 25 HL production brewery, inspired, dedicated and very well positioned to leave our mark and contribute to a growing craft beer industry in Ontario.
We are looking to add a hardworking, organized, driven brewer to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
If you take pride in being creative, continually strive for the highest quality and possess a passion for making craft beer we would like to talk to you.
We ask that you possess the following skills;
5 + years of production and/or brew pub experience
experience with packaging, bottling/canning
Brewing, 25 HL , 4 vessel brew house
Cellaring, gravities, temperature control
Sanitation / maintenance of all brewing equipment
Yeast management, yeast cleaning and harvesting
*must be able to work in Canada
