We are currently hiring experienced lead brewers for both our standard beer brewing and our barrel aged sour program. No barrel aged sour experience necessary.
Please carefully read the minimum requirements prior to applying - if your application does not meet these minimum requirements it will be discarded.
Must have lead brewing experience on a 10 BBL or bigger system.
Must be able to perform all lead brewing jobs from grain handling to yeast management and cleaning - CIP filtering with a DE filter, etc.
Must have packaging experience in both kegging and bottling lines.
Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to our brewery at your own costs for an on site interview
We are located in the High Sierra's where it snows a lot. Applicant must be able to live in this sort of environment in Winter time. A 4 wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended as we get high Mountain snow in feet not inches!
Applicant must also be able and willing to start in a reasonable time frame. We are looking to hire immediately, not months from now.
Applicant must also provide all work history and references for us to check, and a back ground check will be performed. Minor law infractions are dismissed of course.
We are a newer craft award winning brewery brewing both clean beers and barrel aged sours, as well as several very unique and original brews. This would be a great place to learn from a very accomplished sour barrel ager, brewer and blender currently on staff.
The area is a very fun, active, beautiful place with year round activities and a great climate - if you don't mind the heavy Winter snow.
