Apple Blossom Brewing Company is a new brewpub established in Northwest Arkansas on the southern edge of Lake Fayetteville, a beautiful 650 acre city park. Situated in the Ozark Mountains, and home to the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville has established itself as an up and coming location for both business and recreation. With a grand opening scheduled for the end of August, production has reached a point where an assistant brewer is needed. This position has the potential for advancement to cellar man and eventually brewer. The assistant brewer would be responsible for the following:
• Keg filling and cleaning, CIP of brewery vessels, and maintenance of the cleanliness and sanitation of the brewery.
• Assisting in marketing and promotion through brewery festivals.
• Documentation and completion of scheduled maintenance.
At least one year of experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants must have strong mechanical and problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to perform long hours of physical work when required.
We have a good, chill atmosphere and looking for a hard worker that follows through a task that fits within our atmosphere or "vibe".
