Entrepreneurial BREWER WANTED - INDIA
We are opening an urban micro-brewery in a district in Maharashtra, India.
We are looking for a brewer to assist with the brewing operations side of the business. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a venture and work with open minded, cool and super passionate people (2 of us) who are highly committed to building a brewery for the long-term with a legacy to be proud of – for the people who work for us and with us and above all creating enduring bonds with consumers as the share memorable experiences while enjoying our craft beers.
We estimate a 10bbl system. Fully funded and looking to get the brewery up and running by middle of 2014.
Extensive experience would be great, but we are more interested in finding the right candidate with solid experience, impeccable taste, a very detailed approach to beer and brewing.
The role encompasses:
• Assistance with the design and set-up of the brewing equipment, equipment and ingredient sourcing, brewing, and on-going brewery operations.
• Production of house and specialty beers.
• Research, technical and piloting specialties on an ongoing basis.
• Participate in beer dinners and festivals, customer relations and marketing /promotions / charitable events.
What’s in it for you?:
Our remuneration package offered will be commensurate with the brewer’s experience and we will also include accommodation.
