The owners of a successful craft beer pub in Rocklin have been building out a 2nd facility to start a new brewery&restaurant and are in search of a passionate, creative and quality-committed brewer to lead our new brewpub. Brewhouse is 3.5 bbl with 4 x 3.5bbl fermenters and a 7 bbl fermenter. Our goal is to stay committed to creativity with an on-going production of one-offs and seasonal brews to compliment 2-3 set beers. Looking for someone who loves to be creative but understands the science and flavor profiles of a wide variety of brews and who has experience with barrel aging and sours, while still being able to get aggressive with hops! Our motto is drink bold! and while we are wanting to offer sessionable and "lighter" style beers, we want to push the envelope with some extreme styles too.
