Growing mountain town brewpub is seeking a Kitchen Manager/Chef responsible for the overall BOH operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Purchasing food and supplies and assuring proper inventory levels necessary for different seasons
• Ability to motivate staff while maintaining a calm work atmosphere
• Training of all BOH staff and cleaning staff
• Scheduling of all BOH staff and cleaning staff
• Maintaining sanitary standards and organization to produce an efficient BOH operation
• On-going menu development to maintain a fresh, high quality product offering to our guests while achieving high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Food cost analysis and inventory controls
• Comfortable with MS Office products
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish a plus
