I have several award winning home brew batches of beer that I am trying to get perfected and scaled to a 15bbl batch size. We had originally planned on opening a brewery here in North Georgia but our educated and experienced brewer backed out at the last minute and left us high n dry. I am looking for someone that can honestly look at our recipies and notice off the bat that we have to many or not enough malts and flavors and adjust to a industrial size.
