We are currently seeking a head brewer / Auditor to assist the head brew master with multiple Montreal locations. This candidate will be working under our Brew master.
Position Summary
The head brewer / Auditor will provides leadership and assistance to stores breweries to ensure that all team members are team focused and community connected. The head brewer will exercise superior knowledge of beer operations, develop and motivate team, maintaining operations standards.
Qualified Candidates – head brewer / Auditor
The ideal candidate is able to travel with overnight stays in the province of Quebec. Candidate must have a valid Canadian driver’s license.
*You must be available to work nights and weekends when necessary.
Responsibilities
• Assist in staff development, performance functions meet and exceed company specified criteria.
• Ensure that the restaurants brewpub complies with company policies, practices and procedures.
• Day-to-day leadership / support of the breweries.
• Provide technical support the restaurants brewpub.
• Assist all the restaurants to maintain best beer service
• Assist in brewery audits, inspections & analysis
• Assist / replace in the brewers laboratory when needed
• Attend beer festivals, company event or promotions relating to beer
• When needed, work as a backup brewer
• Manage mobile brewer schedule
