Small (<10BBL) brewery still in the early stages of planning is looking for a brewer to assist with building the facility, handle day-to-day brewing operations, and assist the owner with recipe development and execution. Located in Columbia County, the brewery's focus will be Belgian and Farmhouse styles, as well as wilds and sours. Looking for someone with 2-3 years brewhouse experience who is looking to take the next step and who likes to push boundaries in styles and recipes.
