  • Natty Greene’s Brewing Company is looking for a Cellar Man/ Brewer.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Learning all aspects of the Cellar: fermentation, CIP, filtration, carbonation, transfers, etc. according to company SOP’s
    • Kegging and Bottling Line operation and CIP
    • Learning all Aspects of Brew house, including milling, lautering, cast out, CIP, etc. according to company SOP’s
    • Company representation out in the markets (festivals, pouring’s, etc.)
    Requirements include:
    • Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time
    • Work in unfavorable conditions (changes in weather, hot and cold liquids, chemicals, steam, etc.)
    • Being punctual, hard-working, reliable, and flexible
    • Clean driving record

    No prior brewing experience needed. Pay DOE.
    This job will allow an individual to learn all aspects of the Cellar and Brew house. Once the base knowledge is learned this individual will alternate between both areas on a weekly basis. We strive for flexibility within our Cellar/Brew house staff to ensure the highest quality product. This is a perfect opportunity to get introduced to a progressive Southern brewery in a rapidly expanding field located in a rapidly expanding beer state.
