OPEN SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION IN ORANGE COUNTY, CA
Are you the exceptional salesperson we are looking for? Bottle Logic Brewing is looking for a beer sales representative in the Orange County, CA, territory. Picture yourself selling Orange County’s hottest craft beer to hundreds of on and off premise accounts who simply can’t get enough of our logical brews!
You have a passion for craft beer and enjoy educating curious people. Restaurants, stadiums, craft beer bars, liquor stores, high-end grocery chains, and festivals are all clamoring for our beer and your job is to continue to drive that demand. There isn't a corner of Orange County you won’t have a chance to explore in the name of good customer service.
You have years of experience selling beer or alcoholic beverages into a competitive marketplace. You have amazing sales skills and represent an outstanding brand, so your only fear is running out of beer samples before the end of the day. Each handle or case of bottles sold into an account represents a personal victory. You enjoy the hunt for new accounts and live for the thrill of growing your business.
Bottle Logic Brewing was founded in 2013 in Anaheim, CA. We opened our tasting room to the public early this year and now it is time to take our vision and beer to the county as a whole.
As our first sales rep, you will have a unique opportunity to influence Bottle Logic’s sales strategies and marketing plans. Ever thought, “It would be better if we do it THIS way”? Here’s your chance to leave your mark on a rapidly growing company and industry.
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
• Strong sales experience is a must! Direct beer industry sales experience is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to speak confidently and professionally in front of groups while conducting tastings, training and promotions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• An intense competitive spirit with an assertive, confident personality.
• Good driving record, reliable transportation, and common sense are required.
• Knowledge of draft systems, basic beer merchandising and POS placement preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Bottle Logic offers competitive compensation with a sales commission plan and incentive bonuses.
