AleWerks Brewing Co. in Williamsburg, VA is looking for an assistant brewer/ lab technician. We are a growing production facility currently producing > 5000 Bbl. per year. Candidates with 3 years brewery experience or education from an accredited brewing school are highly favored but, most importantly, a hard working self starter is what we are looking for. Responsibilities will include:

* Lifting 55# bags repeatedly
* Maintaining our QA/QC program
* Operating a 25Bbl. Pugsley Brewhouse
* DE filtration
* Bottling/ Kegging
* Tank Cleaning
* Yeast Counting
* Representing the brewery at industry events
