We are a 15bbl steam brewery with 30bbl brites and fermenters. Our brewer is an industry veteran with over a decade of brewing with the famed Deschutes in Bend, Oregon. Currently we have 6 beers in bottles and one canned beer in our distribution area which ranges from Lake Tahoe to the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Our head brewer uses english ale methodology with a Pacific Northwest influence in his recipes and only brews with whole cone hops. We now have two distributor contracts and are rapidly growing. We are looking for a second brewer with at least 3-5 years of commercial brewing experience who is confident with all aspects of a production brewery including analytical lab experience. Cask ale and barrel aging experience is a plus. We are looking for a self-motivated brewer with the desire to express his/her own artistic brewing style and who wants to be part of a rapidly growing and unique brewery.
