Looking to meet some interested brewers for a start up 15 bbl brewhouse is sw Washington. Head brewer, assistant brewer, cellar. Goals for production our between 2000-3500 barrels a year. A few main beers and lots of fun creations, one time batches, barrel aging, sours, etc....anything is a possibility. Lets just talk and see if there is a good fit.
