  • Experienced German Brewmaster/Commissioning Engineer seeks new challenge - worldwide

    Hello All together,

I love making beer, but also commissioning work from scratch on until the beer is coming out of the tap. Also I like to work in an exotic environment with people from all over the world, and long working hours are not a problem for me.

    My profile:

Master Degree in Beer Brewing Technology (VLB, Technical University Berlin)

Practical Experience in all departments of a brewery since more than 30 years
Including: Purchase of equipment, spare parts and raw materials
    Developing of new recipes
Supervision and handling of the complete brewing process
Cleaning and Maintenance of the equipment, setting up schedules
Doing the necessary paperwork: reports, forecasts, pre-planning
    Leading and training of staff

Commissioning experience in various countries in breweries of various sizes
Including: Planning of the set-up from the beginning on
Making Auto-CAD drawings of the place
    Coordination of subcontracting companies
    Setting-Up time schedules
    “Re-Vitalizing” of a relocated brewery
Utilities: water, waste water, air, CO2, steam, cooling
Here: Making sure, that all values meet the required standards
Complete Documentation of the Commissioning for the customer

Additionally: various language skills, knowledge in Programming of Siemens S7 PLCs

Commissioning and Brewing Beer are serious tasks, because the quality has first priority, but when the beer is ready to drink, then the fun should not be forgotten !

If you are interested in me, please reply to henrikbraun(at)gmx.de , then I would
like to send you my CV.

    I am looking forward, Cheers,
    Henrik

      Thank you for the responses

      Hi All,

thank you very much. After my posting here I got a couple of positive responses.
It now looks like I've landed a very good Brewmaster position in the USA.
However, that position will not be available for some time and I am still in need of immediate employment:

Supervision of (De-)Installation of a brewery
      (De-)Commissioning of a Brewery
Brewmaster (for about half a year) for Start-Up of a Brewery
Training of local Brewers how to run a brewery (and other staff about beer-treatment)
      Holiday substitute for a Brewmaster

Personally I would really prefer a commissioning and start-up job, because in this field I have collected some experience in China, and this would also exactly meet my time frame.

If you are interested, I would like to send you my CV.

      Looking forward and cheers,
      Henrik

I see you may have some time available.

Hello, my name is Taylor. I am starting a brewery here in the USA and am acutally looking for a consultant for the next six months. Are you still free for the next few months and do you have a resume?

You can send it to this website or to this email. findourbrewer @ g mail (dot) com
