4 Hands Brewing Company is seeking an experienced brewer to join our team. Responsibilities will include:
-Wort Production
-Monitoring fermentation
-Yeast management
-Beer clarification/filtration
-Carbonation
-Performing CIP-SIP procedures
-Quality Control
-Keeping the facility and equipment clean and operating
Benefits:
This is a full-time position offering competitive wages, paid vacation, paid company holidays, and full health benefits.
This position reports to the Brewery Manager.
Requirements:
Brewing experience and/or brewing specific education, as well as working knowledge of brewing theory and applications.
QA/QC and lab experience a plus.
Applicant must be available to work varying shifts including nights and weekends.
Ability to lift 55 pounds.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to represent the company in a responsible and professional manner.
Passion for the industry and our company’s mission statement.
