The Erie Canal Brewing Company is looking for a Head Brewer or Assistant Brewer position. We are in the process of our expansion to a 7 bbl system and are looking for an experienced production head brewer to help assist with our growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in brewery operations, packaging, recipe formulation and interaction with the public. This position will be responsible for all aspects of brewing operations.
