Twisted Manzanita Ales & Spirits is hiring for a new Full-Time Team Member! We’re on track to brew 4000bbl in 2014 with six year-round offerings and an average of one specialty release per month. This year we’ve extended distribution beyond CA and are expanding our distribution accordingly. Our Beer is currently distributed in 7 states and our Spirits in 3 states and we want to expand into 20 more in the next 12 months. We are a lean, dedicated organization so flexibility, commitment and personal drive are required for a successful applicant
We are seeking an upbeat, forward-thinking National Distribution Development Manager to develop and secure strong business relationships with distributors in new markets throughout the United States. Team management and product release planning are a plus.
The position will involve promoting our brand, profile, history and desired growth to distributors. Must be able to develop and execute brand strategy on a national scale.

Research and establish contact with distributors
Plan for new product releases
Distribution Contract development
Sales team management
This position has potential to grow into On-premise and/or Off-Premise national sale manager or chain development / growth.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in securing state wide distribution in the craft beer business
Willingness to travel 30-50% based on need
Need to have the ability to work late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays as necessary to support this role
Relocation is not required for this position
