This would be a good opportunity for someone with experience/expertise in setting up breweries: the current brewery needs a few things fixed, and there will be 3-4 new brewpubs to set up in the coming year. More than average flexibility to change the beers and one constantly rotating special to keep you (and the customers) excited.
