Barely one year old craft brewery located in Hilo Hawaii is looking for a hands on street smart head brewer. For 2015 we are on track to sell 2200 barrels of can and keg product. Your assignment will be to upgrade the brewing process and provide leadership for the overall operations. Knowledge of brewing is a must, as is the ability to mange and document processes and procedures.
