Bohemian Brewery focuses on lagers and traditional Czech and German beers. We are located on the south side of Salt Lake City in Midvale, twenty minutes from the Wasatch National Forest, world class skiing and outdoor activities, and a short 3 hours from Moab, UT.
-Must have experience in wort production
-Would need to be available to work a rotating/flexible schedule with occasional afternoons/evenings
-Experience with DE filtration a plus
-Opportunity to formulate small batch recipes
-Duties will encompass all areas of the brewery; wort production, yeast and fermentation management, cellaring, filtering, and packaging (kegs/cans).
-Be able to lift grain bags (55lbs.) repeatedly and move kegs (150lbs).
-Must be comfortable standing for extended times.
