We are seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate head brewmaster for a BrewPub located in Central NY and that is in pre-launch mode. We are looking for a brewmaster to play a key role in this start-up business. If you are currently a brewmaster, assistant brewmaster or brewing educated graduate, this is a great opportunity you won’t want to miss. We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, and energetic individual with good communication skills. A minimum of 5 years of experience as head or assistant brewmaster is ideal. Formal brewing education is preferred, but not required for consideration.
The successful candidate must understand and be able to perform all normal aspects of micro-brewery production: all grain brewing systems, recipe formulations, CIP sanitation procedures, kegging and quality control procedures.

Craft beer is an important part of our concept and we want our brewmaster to be involved as soon as possible. The brewmaster will be able to work through the rest of the construction period with our consultant and begin developing recipes on our deluxe Brew Magic system.
