We are a family run brewery just outside of Barcelona, Spain.
This region is especially renown for its exciting gastronomy scene. Into this scene, the craft-beer movement is also blending in at a steady pace. Our approach is to offer a craft-beer, that can fit in with the high-end gastronomy that exists.
Founded in the year 2013, we are now brewing 4 recipes, made from raw materials directly imported from Belgium, USA, England and Germany. These recipes so far are two bottom fermented and two top fermented ones. Once fully matured in CCTs, we bottle in 2 sizes and fill also into KeyKegs.
Apart from everyday brewery duties, there are projects on the side like installing tapping machines for customers, offer of brewing courses, a small hop growing area and of course your own related ideas are welcomed.
As of now, we are looking for a male/female brewmaster who, in the best case, has the following characteristics:
-thorough knowledge of the brewing process, experience in applying this knowledge as brewmaster, a diploma or certification of a renowned brewing school such as VLB etc.
-flexibility, creativeness and the ability to find situational solutions to problems appearing
-communication-safe in English, ideally also in Spanish
-interested in experimental brews on the side, and new approaches such as barrel-ageing
-possible to start very soon
