Experienced Brewmaster needed

Recently opened 15bbl brewery in northwest Indiana is seeking an experienced brew master to develop and expand our brand. I have been overseeing brewing operations but i need to free myself up to be able to focus more on expansion and distribution. We currently have a brewer who was Siebel trained, he is meticulous, knowledgeable, dependable and hard working. Given some years of experience working with an experienced brew master he will someday become a fine brew master himself. it is our intention to make him the assistant when we add a brew master. it is our intention to rapidly expand and become a major player in the craft beer industry here in the Midwest. We are also prepared to offer shares as part of the compensation package for the right candidate.

we have only been opened one week, but the excitement in this area for our beer is outstanding.
